We assist buy side and sell side clients worldwide to navigate through the rapidly changing sphere of derivative regulatory reform and on related documentation for on-boarding customers to clearing platforms and for margining.

We work with our clients to understand the commercial requirements of the transaction and as a result are known for our ability to structure and execute innovative, bespoke and complex deals. We also bring strong sector expertise in particular in complex equity financings, funds, insurance and energy to structuring of transactions.
