Tuna Kutsal

Tuna is a Senior Manager in HSF’s Legal Operations Advisory practice, leading a team that helps clients in the UK, US & EMEA optimise the efficiency and operational effectiveness of their legal functions. Tuna has held a variety of roles at HSF including leading the firm's automation and legal technology delivery capability globally.​

As a former in-house lawyer, Tuna is passionate about helping legal teams create efficient, streamlined and compliant processes that drive lasting change and foster critical business relationships. Tuna has over eight years of experience in transformation that is enabled by technology and has supported the successful delivery of projects across all stages of a transformation journey and to functions of varying sizes, sectors and geographies.

Tuna advises clients on legal function strategy, process optimisation and digital-driven transformation, including transformation of the legal function, ongoing support to legal operations teams with the execution of their strategy, legal process design, and automation and technology-enabled initiatives for key workflows.

Tuna was a Finalist for Legal Operations Professional of the Year in the 2022 Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards and has been recognised as a global leader in document automation by Thomson Reuters.
