Background

Zarko is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.), the University of Oxford (MPhil) where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar and UC Berkeley (B.A., Highest Honours). Zarko is fluent in Serbo-Croatian and French, and is semi-fluent in Spanish and Russian.
