Arjuna leads the Alternative Legal Services (ALT) eDiscovery and Legal Technology practice for Australia and Asia. 

Arjuna is responsible for the strategic direction of HSF’s eDiscovery and Legal Technology services and managing a team of technology specialists supporting HSF’s global clients across Australia and Asia. 

Arjuna has over 17 years’ experience in managing end to end eDiscovery and legal technology backed projects. His experience spans across key aspects of evidence management, including scoping, preservation, collection, forensic analysis and applying sophisticated technology applications to deliver efficient evidence interrogation services.

He has a vast amount of experience in consulting on some of the largest disputes in Australia and investigations globally, involving multinationals and large financial institutions. Having gained experiences in various leading evidence management platforms and technologies in the industry, he now uses his knowledge and expertise to help clients tackle the growing challenge of ‘big data’ with particle solutions.

Arjuna’s expertise has been demonstrated across a wide range of projects involving global clients where he was able to design bespoke solutions for large litigations. He was also responsible for deploying a document management system in the High Courts of Sri Lanka, under a project funded by the World Bank.

Arjuna is a key stakeholder in HSF’s global technology initiatives and provides subject matter expertise in various areas in the legal technology space for the firm. His current focus is to expand ALT’s eDiscovery practice into a ‘legal technology’ practice, incorporating innovative technology-based solutions to drive efficiencies in data-related services.

Prior to joining HSF, Arjuna worked in other top tier law firms in Australia, global consulting firms and global technology firms, where he has held various management roles.

Background

Arjuna holds a Master’s in Business and Information Technology from RMIT University, Australia and a Bachelor in Computer Science from Swinburne University, Australia. He has also previously held CIMA(UK) and CCNA accreditations.

Arjuna is a steering committee member of the Relativity User Group in Australia.
