Dylan Doran Kennett
Dylan Doran Kennett is a corporate partner specialising in venture and growth capital, joint ventures, as well as M&A transactions.
Dylan has experience in domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions. Dylan acts on both sides of the investment dialogue, advising both company-side and investor-side, as well as joint ventures and other collaborative transactions.
He has particular expertise in the life science, technology, media, sport, entertainment sectors. Dylan joined the firm in 2023 and has been described by Legal 500 as having ‘an indefatigable work ethic’.
Background
Dylan recently completed an MBA at the University of Cambridge. He qualified in England and Wales in 2014 and joined Herbert Smith Freehills in 2023 from a leading international law firm where he was a senior associate and built his own practice in the venture capital and growth equity space.
