Federica leads Alternative Legal Services' Finance practice in the UK, US & EMEA region.
Federica is Head of ALT Finance in the UK, US and EMEA region and leads the finance team in Belfast.
ALT Finance provides high-quality, cost-effective transactional support to HSF core Finance teams in London and across the firm's international network on a broad range of finance work, including real estate finance, project finance (oil & gas), aviation finance, trade finance, acquisition finance and securitisations.
The ALT Finance team works also regularly on due diligence exercises and large-scale amendment/"repapering" projects, often driven by regulatory change and entailing counterparty outreach and negotiations.
Background
Prior to joining HSF ALT in Belfast in 2016, Federica was a Senior Associate at a leading international law firm. Federica is a senior finance lawyer with 14+ years of domestic and international banking & finance experience, which she gained whilst working in various City of London firms. Federica has extensive experience in a broad range of finance work, including general corporate lending, acquisition finance, syndicated lending, project finance and securitisations, regularly advising sponsors, lenders and other financial institution on high-value, multi-jurisdictional finance transactions.
Federica is dual qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and as "avvocato" in Italy.
