Alexander Chuprunov

Alexander is an associate based in Tokyo with experience in advising clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and various other corporate law issues, with a focus on consumer and energy sectors. Prior to joining the Tokyo office of Herbert Smith Freehills, Alexander was based in the former Moscow office of Herbert Smith Freehills working, among others, on the Russia related projects of the Japanese clients.
