Rachel is a solicitor in the technology, media and telecommunications team. 

Rachel has broad experience advising clients across a wide range of technology, media and telecommunications matters, including in relation online safety regulations, commercial contracting, technology and media related M&A, privacy and cyber security.

Rachel is passionate about working closely with clients to solve their bespoke legal needs in a practical, efficient and commercial way. Rachel works with clients to navigate increasingly regulated environments and emerging areas of law to drive commercial value and minimise risk.

With a background playing elite sport, Rachel has a keen interest in the sports, media and entertainment sector and assists clients with related contracting work, including sponsorship and ticketing agreements, media rights agreements and broadcasting agreements.

Background

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Journalism) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
