Stephanie Crosbie

Stephanie assists clients in navigating and resolving complex commercial disputes. She has been involved in the provision of strategic advice to clients in a range of industries including energy and resources, financial services and technology and communication.

Stephanie’s experience includes acting for large corporations and individuals in high-value and long-running proceedings commenced in the Federal Court of Australia and various state Supreme Courts. She has also has experience in representing clients in government inquiries, cross-border proceedings and international arbitrations.

Background

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Science (Distinction) from the University of New South Wales. She has also completed a Bachelor of Civil Law (Distinction) at the University of Oxford.

She is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia.
