Ladislas Skura
Ladislas works alongside the Corporate M&A team on corporate law, stock exchange law, corporate governance and CSR issues and is in charge of legislative and regulatory monitoring, legal watch, analysis of case law and doctrine.
Ladislas practiced at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in banking, finance and capital markets (2015 - 2016) before joining the Mouvement des entreprises de France (MEDEF) as director of corporate law, stock exchange law, corporate governance and compliance (2016 - 2023). He has been involved in numerous corporate and stock exchange law reforms at both the French and EU levels and have actively contributed to the work of the Paris marketplace by serving as rapporteur for several MEDEF committees and working groups. He also worked on the latest updates of the AFEP-MEDEF code and participated in the work of the Haut Comité de Gouvernement d'Entreprise (HCGE). Ladislas also taught courses in corporate law at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2020 - 2022).
